Samantha’s latest flick ‘Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu’ got rave reviews and more than heroes Nani (in Telugu) or Jiiva (in Tamil), only our spicy beauty got that critical acclaim for brilliant performance.
According to trade buzz, the Telugu version of the flick collected around 1 crore in the overseas circuit, while the Tamil version made only 53 lakhs. That means, Telugu version is doing two hundred percent better than Tamil version. Analysts felt that Samantha magic is working only on Telugu people but not on other circuits. In that case, we have to accept the fact that Sam had no fans in Tamil state.
It is really a surprise that the Tamil version ‘Nethane Yen Ponvasantham’ is doing very average despite the presence of top star like Jiiva and director Gautham Menon. We have to see how the final collections will be.
